Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients;
Send prepared quotations and follow up with prospects;
Organize appointments for prospective clients;
Help manage client requests;
Bookkeeping; payable/receivable/month end/(using an accounting software);
Marketing assistant tasks, keeping electronic databases up to date
Create, modify light translation of contracts and documents;
Fluency in oral and written French or English and communication skills;
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines;
Required Skills:
Must be bilingual in English and French
Advanced PC, MS Office Software experience
Good teamwork skills
Very strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Great capacity for learning

As an ideal candidate, you have the following qualifications:
3-5 years of related work experience
Strong Agile development experience within the Microsoft Web solutions stack, including C# ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI
Full-stack coverage including front-end web development in the latest HTML5 frameworks (preference for Angular 9), and proficiency with back-end relational databases such as Microsoft SQL (including SQL Reporting Services and SQL Integration Services)
Proven background in working directly with a project team and end-users to conduct business analysis, system design, and follow through to successful implementations
Self-starter who is not afraid to take on large challenges and take ownership of projects on their own
Previous experience customizing and extending Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce (Apex) would be an asset
